Josh is highly experienced in landscape maintenance operations and arbor care, working across the DFW metroplex for 20 years. He leads the team managing large commercial clients including developers, industrial, HOA’s and office parks, and guides the maintenance business development plan and team.

Randa is a recent graduate from Texas A&M. She has experience in landscape maintenance, arboriculture and in the wine industry. She has many years of experience working on her family’s ranch which led to her interest in horticulture. At Woodlake Outdoor, she manages large scale maintenance projects. She enjoys fishing, hunting, and paddle boarding and relocated to the DFW area to join the team.

Tim has 25 years of landscape industry experience in the DFW area. His experience includes 9 years with The Brickman Group (BrightView) leading landscape maintenance for all downtown properties. He led regional color coordination and grower selection for all major Texas markets, and served as the lead landscape designer for the landscape enhancement division in Dallas. He leads large-scale landscape maintenance projects for Woodlake Outdoor in North Texas. Tim was an avid soccer player until injuries side-lined him, but he stays involved in the sport as a coach for his children.

Michael “Mylo” Mylonas heads up the landscape maintenance work in the Greater Austin area, and brings over 15 years of commercial and high end residential landscape industry experience, and has other commercial sales and production management background. He manages maintenance operations and irrigation services for Woodlake Outdoor, including several large properties – Orchard Ridge and Bryson, an award-winning master planned community. He has extensive experience in Zero, Xeric and waterwise landscape designs that are suited to the Central Texas climate.

He worked previously for Greater Texas Landscape and Benchmark Landscape in the Austin area, and is a US Army veteran. He is a graduate of the certified Arborist Program (Texas A&M), and a GREEN/Water Preservation Educational Training Program.

Mylo is an active volunteer for the Healing Warriors Hearts/Texas for Heros non-profit association and enjoys being outside – whether hiking, hunting, fishing, or relaxing under an old oak tree.

Fidel has been a landscape industry manager for 34 years, providing field supervision for projects in Chicago and in Dallas. He worked for The Brickman Group (BrightView) prior to joining the Woodlake Outdoor team. He leads teams on large commercial maintenance projects throughout DFW, and has extensive experience training crew members. Fidel’s specialty and favorite type of project is managing large tree transplants. He enjoys watching and playing soccer as well as riding horses with his three year-old grandson.

Genesis is a senior at the UNT in Denton where she is studying human resources management and international trade. She had 6 years of customer service and human resources experience. She worked for a Criminal Defense Law Firm in Dallas prior to joining Woodlake Outdoor. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends and loves exploring new places around town.

Kevin is an industry professional with over 15 years of experience. He has a diverse background, which includes having been a landscape construction foreman, Horticulture Manager for the Dallas Arboretum, and Parks Superintendent at the City of Lancaster. He is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, Aquatic Facility Operator, and Licensed Irrigation Technician. Kevin is also the proud father of three girls and in his spare time his interests include music, reading, and real estate.

Brittany graduated in May 2020 from Texas Woman’s University with her Bachelor’s in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. While finishing up her B.S. degree, we was an Office Manager for 4 years focusing on customer service and billing. She has always loved numbers and enjoys working with them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to podcasts and shopping.
