Mark is an industry professional with over 35 years of experience, 16 of which he spent with The Brickman Group (now BrightView). There he contributed to several of their numerous national landscape awards and was involved in the rapid expansion of their maintenance operations. In 1994, he initiated the strategic plan and start-up of Brickman’s Texas Division, which he developed and led for eight years, growing the DFW, Austin and Houston markets. Included among some of their major projects were Alliance (Hillwood), Solana, Shops at Legacy, EDS, and Del Webb (Georgetown). The Texas region grew to become one of the largest and most successful divisions of the company.
Mark founded Woodlake Outdoor in 2003 to service an exclusive clientele in DFW and expanded to Austin and surrounding areas. Since 2003, the company and management team have grown rapidly. Today the company proudly serves a wide range of developers, HOA’s, architects and other customers providing
commercial maintenance services, landscape construction and stone masonry work throughout Austin, DFW and nearby lake communities.
For fun, he enjoys various water sports and soccer, and has taken up the playing the violin.

Kevin is an industry professional with 20 years of landscape experience and has worked extensively in the North Texas market. He previously worked for 7 years with The Brickman Group (BrightView) managing The Las Colinas Association landscape maintenance project, as well as various commercial corporate campuses. He joined Woodlake Outdoor in 2013 and heads the landscape construction division and provides leadership for all hardscape and stone masonry projects. He has finance, strategic planning, and fleet management responsibilities and is the executive sponsor for corporate Recruiting and Retention initiatives as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
In his spare time, Kevin likes to travel and enjoys boating and fishing.

Brian is the leader for the regions’ Landscape Maintenance Operations and has over 17 years industry experience, including a dozen years in North Texas landscape maintenance management. He leads all major North Texas projects, across Tarrant, Collin, Dallas, Denton and outlying counties. As a member of Woodlake Outdoors’ Senior Leadership Team, his responsibilities include strategic planning and financial management and he leads the Safety Committee and is the executive sponsor of the Technology Innovation team.
He previously worked for TerraCare Associates (now Monarch) overseeing Texas maintenance and construction work in Dallas and Grapevine. In prior roles with Terracare and Cgreen Landscape, he managed multiple municipal and commercial projects including BlueCross Blue Shield, City of Grapevine, City of Flower Mound, Shops at Legacy (Retail/Office), Ewing Mercedes, All Sewell Locations, Rolex Headquarters and 1717 McKinney.
He is originally from Colorado, migrated to Arkansas and then to Dallas. In his spare time, he enjoys running, mountain biking and spending quality time with his wife and 3 children.

Carrie has over 25 years of experience working in accounting and bookkeeping in various industries in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. Her love for accounting started early in the manufacturing industry. That challenge and the good fortune of working with CFO’s, CEO’s and Accountants who were willing to teach her everything they knew opened up a niche and a career. Carrie joined the staff at Woodlake Outdoor to lead administrative and accounting aspects of the business, as well as HR, IT and legal issues. Carrie leads the strategic recruiting and retention team and is a member of the Senior Leadership team.

Justin has been in the Landscape industry for 20 years and has experience working in multiple locales and climates in Texas. He has worked in residential and commercial landscape, entering the field as an irrigation laborer. He has led the development of multiple projects at Woodlake Outdoor, including Trinity Falls, and currently heads up DFW Region Landscape Maintenance Sales and is a member of the corporate Sales Leadership Team.
Prior to Woodlake Outdoor, he moved to the DFW area to pursue his career in Landscape Management & Development. His first opportunity was at Landscape Expressions where he helped develop the company which doubled in size during his 3 years there. Then he joined Metheny Landscape Management as they were purchased by The Brickman Group (now BrightView). During his 4-year tenure at BrightView, he managed a portfolio of some award-winning properties throughout the Metroplex.

Paul is an industry professional with over 30 years in commercial landscape construction and nurseryman experience in the Midwest and Central Texas. In his previous role as a vice-president of landscape construction, he managed large projects including the Cerner headquarters, Federal Reserve building, World Food Prize and NASCAR speedway in Kansas City.He is a native Texan who relocated to Austin several years ago with his family. He joined Woodlake Outdoor in 2017 and heads the Austin/Central Texas division.In his spare time, Paul enjoys cooking, hunting and RVing.
Joe is an industry professional with over 40 years of landscape and irrigation experience. He has worked in North Texas as a horticultural consultant, landscape irrigation designer, landscape account manager, and engineering technician. He has a broad range of landscape design, management and installation accomplishments which includes design of LEED qualification. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member for North Central Texas College, teaching horticulture classes including: Landscape Design, Introductory Irrigation, and Woody/Herbaceous Plant Identification.

She enjoys fishing, hunting, and paddle boarding and relocated to the DFW area to join the team.

Tim has 25 years of landscape industry experience in the DFW area. His experience includes 9 years with The Brickman Group (BrightView) leading landscape maintenance for all downtown properties. He led regional color coordination and grower selection for all major Texas markets, and served as the lead landscape designer for the landscape enhancement division in Dallas. He leads large-scale landscape maintenance projects for Woodlake Outdoor in North Texas. Tim was an avid soccer player until injuries side-lined him, but he stays involved in the sport as a coach for his children.

Christina has been in the Landscape industry for over 14 years and has experience working in multiple regions in California and in the DFW area. After a short career in the software industry she joined a landscape company in Southern California which provided maintenance for high-end residential properties. She realized that landscape was her calling and enrolled at UC Berkeley for a Master’s program in Landscape Architecture which led her to Northern California and a role as a commercial landscape Account Manager. In 2014 she brought her experience to the Texas market. With her strengths in design, management of high-end residential and design-build commercial projects, she leads Woodlake Outdoors’ enhancement projects team.
She loves the outdoors, sailing, skiing, hiking, caving, camping and gardening. She is forever learning and traveling to new destinations.

Michael “Mylo” Mylonas heads up the landscape maintenance work in the Greater Austin area, and brings over 15 years of commercial and high end residential landscape industry experience, and has other commercial sales and production management background. He manages maintenance operations and irrigation services for Woodlake Outdoor, including several large properties – Orchard Ridge and Bryson, an award-winning master planned community. He has extensive experience in Zero, Xeric and waterwise landscape designs that are suited to the Central Texas climate.
He worked previously for Greater Texas Landscape and Benchmark Landscape in the Austin area, and is a US Army veteran. He is a graduate of the certified Arborist Program (Texas A&M), and a GREEN/Water Preservation Educational Training Program.
Mylo is an active volunteer for the Healing Warriors Hearts/Texas for Heros non-profit association and enjoys being outside – whether hiking, hunting, fishing, or relaxing under an old oak tree.
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in commercial construction, landscape maintenance, and hardscape. He started his career in site work in Southern California, and then moved to Austin, Texas working on landscape projects for Apple, Round Rock Sports Complex, UMHB Performing Arts and other office and municipal sites. Michael enjoys time outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking and boating with his five children.
Fidel has been a landscape industry manager for 34 years, providing field supervision for projects in Chicago and in Dallas. He worked for The Brickman Group (BrightView) prior to joining the Woodlake Outdoor team. He leads teams on large commercial maintenance projects throughout DFW, and has extensive experience training crew members. Fidel’s specialty and favorite type of project is managing large tree transplants. He enjoys watching and playing soccer as well as riding horses with his three year-old grandson.
Nick is an industry professional with over 10 years in landscape construction. He started his career with a design build firm in Lubbock while at Texas Tech University and worked in the nursery and with installation crews. He spent 6 years managing high end residential landscape projects throughout DFW and hospitality projects across the state. Nick manages commercial hardscape and construction projects for Woodlake Outdoor. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, reading and fishing.
