Operations Directors have a BA/BS degree and ideally 10+ years of industry experience. Operations Directors have P&L responsibility and must be able to forecast, manage costs, and deliver on financial targets. These roles report to the Company President and form the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, and creating the annual business and operating plans by region and division. Full alignment with corporate values, vision and mission and communicating those to their teams is part of the role. Abilities in productivity management, planning for efficiency, cost control, and cash flow management, as well as accuracy in forecasting are key requirements. An ability to hire, train, develop and retain qualified personnel are important competencies. Developing strong and lasting customer relationships and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers is paramount. Effective communications skills, a strong team-orientation, and operational Spanish language skills are required. Operations Directors work closely with the Director of Administration and accounting teams and financial fluency is required. We will consider industry experience in place of a degree.

Project Managers have a BA/BS and at least 3-5 years or more of industry experience. Must have advanced project management, communications, and financial management skills. Will have responsibility for a specific revenue/profit center and for developing forecasts and managing a budget. Strong team development and training skills are required, as well as operational Spanish language skills. Will be customer-facing and have strong relationship building abilities and customer service management skills. An ability to identify potential project problems or opportunities, anticipate and plan project needs (crews, equipment, materials) as well as to develop innovative solutions and revenue-generation plans will be expected. Familiar with MS Office, OSHA standards, ability to recruit, train and develop teams and to interact effectively with company leadership team are key requirements. We will consider industry experience in place of a degree.

Production Managers have an AA or BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of related experience, which may include industry internships or co-op work. Must have managed crews and to be able to communicate effectively with crew leaders, supervisors and senior management.We are looking for ambitious individuals with time management skills, an ability to problem solve, and a strong customer service orientation. Ideally, you have some basic Spanish language skills, MS Office skills, familiarity with OSHA standards and material management, and financial skills to track budgets and project costs. An ability to manage time sheets, train personnel, and build customer and peer relationships are also key requirements. We will consider industry experience in place of a degree.

Supervisors have an AA or BA/BS degree and some experience in the industry through internships, co-op roles or other field experience. This is our entry-level hire for new graduates. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, crew leaders, supervisors and management team. We are looking for ambitious individuals with time management skills, an ability to problem solve, and a strong customer service orientation. Ideally, you have some basic Spanish language skills, MS Office skills, and are familiar with OSHA standards, material management, and basic financial knowledge. An ability to learn on-the-job to manage crews, time sheets, train personnel and build customer relationships are key requirements. We will consider industry experience in place of a degree.

Crew Leaders will have a minimum of 1-2 years of industry experience in managing landscape maintenance, installation or masonry crews. Must be bi-lingual (Spanish and a working knowledge of English) and have a valid Texas drivers’ license and work permit. An ability to hire, train, and develop crew members and to work effectively with supervisors and managers is required. We hire ambitious crew leaders who have strong project management skills, are customer service oriented, and can communicate with our customers and other subcontractors on job sites.

Internships are open to students who have completed at least one year of study in related fields as noted above with preference for students who have completed 2 years of coursework and who are interested in careers in this industry.
