Woodlake Outdoor Dallas-Fort Worth

The Bryson master planned community in Leander, Texas, has been a client of Woodlake Outdoor for several years, and the quality of their landscape maintenance, installation and hardscape is second to none. Our residents and visitors consistently compliment the fine work, and our HOA is very pleased with their services and pricing to the point that we do not bid out the landscape maintenance work. We highly recommend Woodlake Outdoor for your community.
--Tommy Tucker Vice President and GM Bryson/Johnson Development Corporation/Austin, TX

As a developer for several significant projects in Texas, we rely on strong service partners. Woodlake Outdoor is a key contributor on our development team. They do whatever it takes to meet our sometimes very tight time constraints. We pride ourselves in our commitment to our clients and builders; Woodlake Outdoor helps us to consistently meet those commitments. The quality and service they provide is exceptional and we enjoy our working relationship.

I have worked with Woodlake Outdoor for about a decade. When we began our Texas operations at Horseshoe Bay, we chose them for their local knowledge and their commitment to the sustainable development of the natural hill country environment. They were able to transplant some large Live Oak trees, as well as harvest and use the naturally exposed stone on site. It created a welcoming feel for the residents in this high-end golf course community. We work with them extensively at our New Braunfels properties. They provide stone work, landscape and maintenance. They have been creative in helping us with value engineering some of our projects, when necessary. The Woodlake Outdoor team has been a consistent and a valued vendor.

I have worked with Woodlake Outdoor for the past few years, and have been very impressed with their expertise and the creative solutions of both their stone work and landscape services. They also do a great job in maintaining our projects after completion. Their team has a very strong customer service ethic and they do not disappoint.
--Jim Baker Former Vice President & General Manager, Trinity Falls

As a long-time customer of Mark Richards and his teams, I have worked with him for nearly 25 years on a wide range of projects in North Texas. Woodlake Outdoor consistently delivers on schedule and quality, offering valuable solutions for extremely complex designs for my client projects. Customer satisfaction is a big part of the company philosophy -- it has been and is a pleasure working with their leadership team and crew leaders over the years.
--Nan Arnold President of Nan Faith Arnold Company

As a landscape architect and land planner, I value a firm that can deliver both on the design vision for the project and that can communicate potential enhancements for consideration. Woodlake Outdoor has done some exceptional work on our projects, and we value the partnership we have built with their team over the years in Austin.
