Trinity Falls Community
The Trinity Falls community was recognized with NALP’s 2023 Bronze Award of Excellence for its sustainable and thoughtfully designed landscape that stretches across 2,000 acres in McKinney, Texas. With 450 acres dedicated to open spaces and 20 miles of trails, Trinity Falls was developed by Johnson Development with an integrated approach involving a Homeowners Association, a Municipal Utility District, and Del Webb, a 55+ neighborhood. Emphasizing environmental responsibility, the community utilizes well and storm water for irrigation, setting a standard for efficient resource use. We maintain the beauty and functionality of the Trinity Falls community through meticulous planning and coordination.
