Our Response to COVID-19
To Our Valued Customers,
The spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) is on all of our minds and in the news. Not only do we have a responsibility to “create extraordinary outdoor spaces” for our clients, we also take very seriously the safety of our people and our customers. We very much appreciate and value the trust you place in us to service your properties’ needs. Amidst so much uncertainty, you can be certain of our commitment to your health and ours. That is why we wanted to reach out and share with you the steps Woodlake Outdoor is taking, in accordance with the CDC, as well as, our local, State and Federal Government recommendations.
We have ramped up the cleaning of our trucks and equipped each vehicle with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to routinely negate the spread of the virus. We have instructed our employees to follow the extra steps published by the CDC for personal hygiene and social distancing. Woodlake Outdoor has always considered our employees as our most valuable resource. To protect each and every one, if someone has flu-like symptoms, they are instructed to stay at home and seek professional health care.
We have instituted a communication process above and beyond the constant contact with our teams in DFW (Aubrey, Plano, Carrolton, Haslett and Grapevine) and Austin (Leander and Lakewood). At these locations we will initiate staggered starting times to keep the groups in contact with each other to a minimum. All of our large training sessions will be postponed or done virtually and in reduced sizes.
Be confident that we will continue to monitor and be acting on this developing situation. This will pass, and Woodlake Outdoor will continue to provide lasting beauty and enjoyment for all who interact with the spaces we create and service!
